Hi, I'm Cheryl Largen, and with 18 years of dedicated experience in real estate, I am passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals, regardless of market conditions. My expertise includes handling out-of-state sellers with property in Nevada. This includes guardians, trustees, and family members who have inherited property. I work with attorneys through the legal red tape, and I also work with contractors and service providers in getting the property ready to sell.
As a relocation expert, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities of moving to Northern Nevada. With personal experience relocating from Silicon Valley to this vibrant region in just six months in 2000, I successfully managed the transition for a company, my 80-year-old mother, and me. My goal is to make your move to Reno/Sparks, NV, and the surrounding areas as smooth and seamless as possible.
